Lost/Stolen/Damaged Candy

Nibbles Exotics cannot be held responsible for products that are stolen, damaged, or lost since after the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control, and under the responsibility of the mail carrier. All claims must be filed by you (we will help) with the delivery service when the package is marked delivered by delivery service. Nibbles Exotics will not honor any claims for items marked delivered by the delivery company. Nibbles Exotics will assist you with claims for packages that are lost by the delivery company but cannot be held responsible for delivery which is not controlled by Nibbles Exotics. During transit, some of your items may break - this is just the nature of shipping and cannot be controlled by us. We are not responsible for broken products. Nibbles Exotics will not be able to refund you for products where you provided us an incorrect mailing address or where the package is returned to us marked address unknown or package unclaimed. Please be sure to send package where you know you will be able to accept delivery (at your office or home where a household member will be able to accept). Make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. Consider adding United States Postal Service Signature Conformation for the added protection.
